All Avana products have a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or product modifications. If a covered issue arises, we’ll replace the defective component as needed. Please note that the warranty covers replacement parts only and does not include full product replacements.
How to File a Claim
1. Contact Customer Support
Claims can be made by calling Customer Service at (866) 384 -2801 or by emailing [email protected].
2. Relay InformationProvide your order number, a verbal description of the issue, and the item or items purchased. You may need to email a photo of the issue to [email protected]. If you do not have an order number, you can provide your shipping information.
3. Done!
Depending on the nature of the claim, you may be entitled to a partial refund or a replacement for damaged parts. All products have a 1-year warranty.
