Shipping policy

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with order details and a tracking number, which will include delivery times. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days depending on stock availability after credit card approval. Standard Overnight orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the following day. You will receive an email notification from the our website on the day of delivery,

Most US orders qualify for free shipping (excl. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes).  All international orders will be shipped via FedEx and will INCLUDE duties and taxes in with the rate.  The customer is not responsible for paying these when the package arrives.  If you need a custom quote, please contact customer service at service@avanacomfort.com.  Please note customers may need to pay duties and taxes for custom quotes.
